Like. I liked this quote before. Wrote it down in the back of the Book.. but I swear I really Understand it now. NOT on some depressing-the sky is falling- Pitty me type shit. On some like relief self-realization type shit.

I can actually explain this for me very well. But I don't expect for by-standers, especially ones I don't know, to Understand and I wouldn't want to be misread.
